Are these real Google Workspace inboxes?

Yes. Each inbox is a Google Workspace Business Starter user on a tenant we create for your workspace through the Google Workspace reseller program. They are not shared mailboxes or SMTP relays.

Who owns the domains?

Domains and Google tenants are registered to Emerald Send and you get full use of them inside Emerald Send. They can't be transferred out today, and we say so at checkout. Domains are $15/yr and renew automatically while they have active inboxes.

What happens if Google suspends an inbox?

The inbox moves to an error state, your campaigns keep sending from your other inboxes, and our team is alerted. If our review clears the account, we replace the inbox at no charge.

How long until I can send?

Inboxes are set up automatically after checkout — our target is connected and warming within two hours. Warmup then ramps each inbox; we recommend 14 days and a health score of 90 before campaign volume, and the app shows when each inbox is ready.

Can I bring inboxes I already have?

Yes. Connect Google or Microsoft 365 accounts with OAuth, or any provider over SMTP/IMAP. They warm, send and reply alongside the inboxes you buy here.

Is warmup really included?

Yes, on every plan and every inbox, including inboxes you connect. The only infrastructure costs are domains ($15/yr) and Google inboxes ($5.50/mo).

What happens if I cancel?

Canceling an inbox stops sending immediately and you can restore it within 24 hours. If your plan ends, sending and warmup pause and your inboxes are kept for 30 days.
