Ownership and limits

  • Registered to Emerald Send. Domains and Google tenants are registered and managed by us, and you get full use of them inside Emerald Send. We ask you to confirm this at checkout.
  • No transfers out, for now. Domains and inboxes bought here can't be moved to another provider today.
  • .com and .org. Those are the endings we sell at launch.
  • Up to 5 inboxes per domain. Spreading inboxes across domains keeps any one domain from carrying too much.
  • Kept apart from other customers. Your inboxes live on a Google tenant that holds only your workspace.
Microsoft 365 inboxesComing soon

We don't sell Microsoft inboxes yet, and pre-warmed inboxes aren't available either. You can connect Microsoft 365 inboxes you already have today, and they warm and send alongside the rest.

Before you buy.

What if Google suspends an inbox?
It shows an error in Email Accounts, your campaigns keep sending from your other inboxes, and our team is alerted. If our review clears the account, we replace the inbox at no charge.
What happens when I cancel an inbox?
Sending and warmup stop right away. Its replies stay readable in Unibox for 24 hours, and you can restore it in that time. After that it is deleted and stops billing.
What happens to a domain with no inboxes?
It stops renewing and lapses at the end of its year. Domains with active inboxes renew on their own.
Can I pick the inbox names?
Yes. We suggest five names per domain from your first and last name, and you can change any of them before checkout.
Can I send website visitors to my real site?
Yes. Add your website at checkout and anyone who visits a sending domain is redirected there.
How soon can I send campaigns?
Inboxes start warming right after setup, with a target of two hours. We recommend waiting until day 14 and a health score of 90 before campaign volume. The app shows when each inbox is ready.
